Unfortunately there is nothing for reactive hypos, just constant awareness of what I'm eating. And this all comes down to the 'Glycemic Index'. I explain about this in the video too! I feel recently I'm developing a resistance to a lot of food with sugar in because I'm aware it could trigger a hypo, and I'm worried that the more i trigger it the more likely it is I will fall into diabetes, which I'd rather not have!
